GRADUATE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME FOR CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND SURVEILLANCE

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and updating governance policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support the monitoring of organizational compliance with corporate governance standards, including maintaining documentation and audit trails
• Help in preparing reports and presentations for governance committees and management reviews
• Conduct research on governance trends, risk management practices, and industry regulations to support decision-making
• Participate in internal control assessments and surveillance activities to identify gaps and recommend improvements

Qualifications

• LLB Degree (NQF Level 8)
